1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

The data you submit in the enquiry form: your name, company or project name, email address and project description. We also record the date and time of your consent and a truncated IP address (without the final segment) – this is needed to evidence consent. We collect nothing else and do not track visitors with cookies, apart from the technical ones the website cannot function without.

3. Why and for how long

We use the data for a single purpose – to reply to your enquiry and agree on a project. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). We keep enquiries for up to 24 months and then delete them automatically, unless we start working together – in that case the data is processed on the basis of a contract.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. It is technically processed only by our website hosting and email provider HOSTINGER, UAB (company code 302710386, Švitrigailos st. 34, LT-03230 Vilnius, Lithuania). Data is stored within the European Union.

5. Your rights

You can ask to review, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time – write to labas@veiki.lt. We respond within 30 days. If you believe your data is being processed improperly, you can contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
