Project brief

Tell us about your project.

It takes about five minutes. The more precise your answers, the more specific our proposal – and the first conversation can start with the substance rather than with introductions.

Almost everywhere you only need to tap the right option, and where you are not sure there is a “We do not know yet”. Only the questions marked with an asterisk are required – everything else is optional. Your answers are saved in your browser, so you can stop and come back later.

What you need

What do you need? *

You can tick more than one. The later questions depend on this.

Business

What sector do you work in? *

Keep it plain – the way you would explain it to someone who knows nothing about your field.

Example

We build and sell small housing developments on the edge of Vilnius. We buy the land, design it, build it and sell the homes to the end buyer – usually young families moving from a flat into a house.

Your links

Paste whatever you have. It gives us the picture faster and means fewer questions.

Why are you taking this on now? *

You can tick more than one.

Optional, but context always helps.

Who is your main customer? *

Optional. Just tap the words that fit.

Suggestions:
Your three main competitors

Optional. Paste links or simply write the names – if you know them.

Optional, but it helps a great deal. Just tap the ones that fit.

Suggestions:
What impression should the customer be left with? *

Choose up to five words.

Decisions

Who will make the final decision? *

Is there anyone who could reject the result – a partner, a manager, an investor? Better to know in advance.

Is there a fixed deadline or event? *
When? *

Project

What are we changing? *

This decides whether we need checks with the Centre of Registers and the State Commission of the Lithuanian Language.

Optional. Two or three taps are enough.

Suggestions:

That way we will not suggest what you have already ruled out.

Example

We considered “Pušynė” – ruled out, because there is already a similar development in Vilnius. “Namų slėnis” felt too generic; it could belong to anyone.

Suggestions:
Where does the name have to work?

Recognition, Google rankings, word of mouth – the things we cannot afford to lose.

What do you have now? *

PDF, PNG, JPG or ZIP. Up to 15 MB. We do not accept SVG for security reasons – put it in a ZIP.

Choose files or drag them here
    Where should your mark sit?

Optional. Mark the scales that are clear to you – skip the rest.

    Classic
    Modern
    Serious
    Playful
    Luxurious
    Accessible
    Geometric
    Organic
    Understated
    Bold
    Brands or logos you like

Optional, but this is where whole rounds of presentations get saved. One is enough. It can be from a completely different field. What matters most is not only what you like but what you do not: without that, “I like Nike” could mean simplicity, movement or just fame.

What do you definitely not want in the design? *
Where will the mark be used?
A new website or a redesign of your current one? *
What is the ONE most important action a visitor should take? *
What does not work or is annoying on your current site?

For you and for your customers alike.

    Which pages do you need?
    In which languages? *

Every additional language adds to the content and testing involved.

Who will prepare the copy? *

Copy that is not ready is the most common cause of delay, so we ask straight away.

Do you have professional photography or visualisations? *
    Features you need
What exactly do you need? *

You can tick more than one.

Roughly how many shots do you need?
What condition is the property in? *

This decides whether we need visualisations or whether a photo shoot is enough.

Do you have drawings or a 3D model?

PDF, PNG, JPG or ZIP. Up to 15 MB. Send anything larger as a Google Drive link.

Choose files or drag them here
Where will the images be used?

      Investment

What budget do you have in mind for this project? *

That lets us propose the right scope straight away and not waste your time.

Have you budgeted for maintenance after launch?
